FreeRide $25 Amazon.com Gift Certificate Redemption (31,500 Tokens)

I checked my FreeRide account and realized that I have enough tokens earned in my account to redeem for a $25.00 value gift card/certificate. Then I proceeded to the redemption page "Redeem Tokens" to check out the available reward selections. You can redeem for a gift card/certificate from 15 options: Amazon.com, Ruth's Chris, Overstock Web Certificate, Home Depot, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Smokey Bones BBQ, Walmart, Target, Bahama Breeze, FreeRide Visa Gift Card, Barnes & Noble, and Options GiftCard Inc. You may also redeem for a donation to ASPCA and Make a Wish Foundation. I chose a Amazon.com gift certificate.

Amazon.com gift card will be sent via email only now instead of snail mail (+ point for going green). Once selected the redemption choice, the confirmation message will notify you to expect the redemption to be processed within 6 weeks and you have 24 hours to cancel your redemption in case you change your mind.
And I received a notification email to my registered email address notifying me about the redemption made. Also, it can be checked in the My Account page.

If you're interested to join, please leave a comment with your email address for referral. You can also sign up directly at FreeRide.com if you choose not to reward me with a referral worth 200 tokens :)

SurveySpot Pays with PayPal, Changed to Points System

I've been a SurveySpot member for quite some time and they have now changed to the points system instead of specifying the reward value by the dollar. Anyway, 100 points = $1, so it doesn't affect much in terms of the final value of the reward you receive from the surveys. The most important thing is, now SurveySpot pays out through PayPal! Previously only the check devilery through US mail option was available, but now thanks to this addition, cashing out is a lot more easier!

SpotWinner is Dead - No Relaunching in 2010

Dear all, it has been one whole year and I would say for now SpotWinner is dead. The promised updates and relaunching of the SpotWinner site for 2010 was never done and this is very disappointing because they were looking pretty steady at one point. Google around and you'll see many comments about delayed prize fulfillment. They owe me some points too. SpotWinner is a failure.
