Google Adsense: Make Money the Easy Way

I am sure many have heard of the Google Adsense. If you haven't heard of it, it's the ad blocks with sponsored links which associates to the site's contents and it's operated by Google, which is trying to take over the world. Google Adsense is the #1 monetizing ad program in the web world today. It is also one of the easiest program to use. And if your blog is hosted by Blogspot, which happens to be owned by Google Inc., you can easily insert Google Adsense blocks into your blog by adding an Adsense Page Element.

Google Adsense takes the form of text ads (mostly) but they are graphical ads available too, but most of mine show up as text ads. They just recently introduced Video Units where ads are incorporated in YouTube videos. You can only choose which category of videos you want to display, so you can't actually pick the exact video. I am trying out this one to see how much it can generate (not much so far). I placed the video ad block on my top right corner as you can see.

Google Adsense pays me when the amount earned reaches $100. The 1st paycheck I selected the check option. From then on, I opted for the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) which automatically deposits the amount to my checking account. Yes, you'll need to link it to the Adsense account, which isn't hard at all. This saves me the time and trouble to wait for the heck in the mail and also saves me a trip to the bank.

I strongly recommend Adsense as it can turn out to be a really good source of income if your site receives heavy traffic and it is the #1 ad program for a reason. Easy to use, hassle free payment, good click rates (traffic dependent) and popular. This should be the first program you sign up for if you're starting a new website because you don't really have to go through any approval preiod whatsoever.

Sign up for Adsense if you haven't!!! Go make some money.

BrandPort Sweepstakes: Watch Video and Win!

BPSweeps or BrandPort Sweepstakes is where I watch online videos (mostly ads and tv commercials) and gain sweepstakes entries to their weekly drawing. I am still pinning my hope on it to win a Nintendo Wii. The points gathered from watching the videos can be exchanged/redeemed for Gift Certificates from Amazon, CircuitCity, Buy.com, Barnes and Noble and PayPal. These are redeemable points that you earn, in addition to sweepstakes entries. You can win prizes like electronics, gift cards, and points. They're giving away over $30K in prizes over the next few weeks including PS3's, Nintendo Wii's, AppleTV's, Best Buy Gift Cards, and much more.

I have won 1000 points (twice), 500 points (once) and $10 Starbucks Gift Cards (twice).

This is the new branch of BrandPort. The original one only.BrandPort.com, which has now become BrandPort Insights. You'd need a *.edu account to register for BrandPort Insights.
I have earned $20.00 so far from BrandPort Insights (different from BPSweeps above).

Let's Start With Blingo Search Engine

Welcome to Blingo, the Google-powered search engine with a twist. Each search on Blingo is also a chance to win prizes instantly.

The Blingo search engine has won me 4 $10 Amazon Gift Certificates and 2 $10 iTunes Gift Certificates.

How does Blingo choose the winners? Each day Blingo's prize program chooses a bunch of winning times (usually several per hour). The first person to search after a winning time wins the prize.

Not Scams, I Only Mention Those Which Actually Paid Me and Contributed to My Online Paycheck

For those who are concerned about the validity and genuineness of my blog and info, I can assure you that all the companies/programs which I recommend and refer are those which actually paid me. If at some point the company/program is no longer maintaining its credibility, I'll update on it in this blog. Each program/company will have a tag to the blog entry and you can always check on all the updates on that company/program by clicking on the tag link.

Also, I am going to gather up a bunch of recommended/referral links to the companies/programs which I mentioned on the sidebar of this blog. Then, I'll add a Got Paid section to update my earnings and rewards received from the programs.

Reason for Starting This Blog

The reason I started this blog is to share information found by me from my peers, the internet and my past experience on making money online (the legal way) through some free time activities but not limited to blogging, online advertising and marketing, doing surveys on panels, joining reward programs, search engine optimization (SEO) and online contests/sweepstakes.

I will try my best to ensure the authenticity of the information I pass through but I can't for sure guarantee that what I provide will work for everyone. Success doesn't come to you, you go for success. If you work hard, you will succeed. Also, I hope to create more network links to those who appreciate my blog/information/advice. With that said, let's make money online!
